Capitol upgraded their 2018 guidance again in Feb but that got lost in the noise of the takeover and had no effect on the SP (actual fell). We've been on the nose with the market ever since the T/O attempt was announced. Now that it is behind us, hopefully the market will take another look. Fingers crossed that 9% jump on good volume yesterday will get us back on the radar and start a decent rally.
