I definitely have no issue with it starting anyday I have held my position for a while now as I generally prefer to be in place a few months ahead of time (and actually ideally to have held for more than a year by the time I think I might want to sell). My view was mainly around the observation that many out there seem to operate on time frames of days and weeks, so even recruitment completion in August is still too far in the distance for many. I will happily sell them a portion of my shares when they decide they are ready though... for the right price.
