    The GPR appointed directors have a conflict of interest when discussing matters relating to some KGD issues. They have to act in the interest of ALL shareholders, including the minority shareholders (and on some issues ONLY the minority shareholders). That's why it is messy and there is limited support in the market for backing what is a fantastic project on paper.
