The Federal Treasurer BANNED Managed Investment Trusts from Investing in Residential Property from the 14th September 2017. This seems to be a insurmountable barrier for DOMACOM to continue it's cuurent operations and model for any Investments in Residential Property unless they contain a " Affordable Housing Component". I'm not sure how you rent a house out in Newcastle and receive $51,000.00 a year in rent. What do you think Fred.
