Interesting that they are raising at a high point in the market too. LICs that I have held in the past usually raise at the bottom of the market (e.g AFIC) to take advantage of bargains. Choosing to offer the same price to the general public is also quite strange and kind of defeats the purpose of existing shareholders benefiting.
