    hmm. no offence meant to you honestly, but there is some definite ignorance in your writings... for 1, you have to look back, one learns from history, one would be a fool not to look back and be aware of the massive CR's and what was accomplished via the massive cash burns... I would be interested to know why you think Tony is any different now and moving forward then he has been in the past, I haven't seen anything different as yet, I agree the projects are potentially fantastic, but we still have a lazy mind set IMO, no hurry mentality, I mean he has nothing to lose, he is getting paid fat from investors... your writings are simply optimistic and lack credibility, for example, you say Oposura will be very profitable, hmmmm, well how much will it cost to set this up really?, how much dilution will take place on the lead up to producing, you say very profitable, how much profit have you estimated?... salaries that pay for quality you say?, explain the $50K a week, how many hours do you think this team are doing a week to justify this...

    With such a team, we should be fast tracking and pushing for "production"... what are these guys doing day in day out?...

    The problem we have here is no urgency.... they should all be on minimal salaries with shares being their reward for meeting targets...

    I have 2 small business's... one of them has a commission structure in place over their award wage... 2 of the 5 staff work harder and achieve commission near every week... If I put all of the staff on the same wage, they would be complacent and not driven to meet targets... this is my point... the 2 driven employees's make me good profits, the other 3 hit commission a few times a year, I have to have talks with them and see what I can do to help them lift their game... How much more do you think this team would do and achieve in good time if a similar princible was applied...

    they get paid the same every week... there is no urgency or drive...

    hence my original post in this thread regarding "looking to make a decision" sounds like a flog... all this money and time they are spending shouldn't even be contemplating "making a decision", they should be setting up and mining something soon, some of these results are already mine worthy IMO... at the rate these guys are going they are going to burn the $7+million before they even get anything started...

    I learn from history, I dont want a repeat of such... I want this team to prove they are worthy to get revenue sooner rather than later... Im a realist, not a dreamer...
