Market yet to appropriately price the deal assuming we trust IH and IR... 30 years experience in finance/mining respectively with careers and respect to lose over a dud deal. IH has a little skin (50m) in the game and all unable to purchase more since the aquisition. Happy to go with them that there's gold at Arunta.
Historic data review will take perhaps a month to 6 weeks? Been plenty work done aleady through 2018 giving a good head start. This data with sufficient cash for some big impact initial drill sites selected for June should see plenty of fireworks up front.
Milestone targets set no doubt where Tbird expect they're a good thing to receive all 440m shares & options, meaning we have >~400kOz for under $8m. Does come down to trusting management and I haven't done any more background yet but always prepared to go with my gut and I'm very ageist.
DYOR but worth a little hold here in my humble opinion, interested in any further background on Hastings and Richer in particular if anyone's gone there?
