I think it has to be very close to final. If you add the for column, the yes column and the abstains it come to a rough figure of 303million. Looking at the most recent annual return there were 377million shares on issue (largest shareholder holding 38.5million shares is shown as holding 10.21% of the total shares on issue. That makes the 377million figure. So 74 million shares yet to vote (377 - 304) would only catch up the difference in the gaps already disclosed in the votes table if every one voted in union in the now minority view.

Not a good look if you wanted a vibrant and meaningful discussion on the floor when each of the resolutions are put, if they seemingly already have an outcome.
