Not looking great. For current shareholders it appears it is accept the offer or face being diluted with a debt for equity conversion. Waiting for the offer to go unconditional on 17 May otherwise with NGE/Kentgrove owning 19.77% unlikely it will reach 90% acceptance. Would be curious what NGE/Kentgrove is thinking.
