Short answer, nothing changes! Some investors, who were eager, probably have already committed. The only advantage for them in terms of cost would be brokerage.
For other investors it then becomes a decision on which platform is it cheaper to buy.
The reality is though it is unlikely to drop below 3c. Most companies share price pulls back to the offer price either before or after cash raise. There seems to be a incredible coincidence that they don’t fall below cost. Some ‘magical’ forces keep it at offer price. Who says the market is never manipulated....
