Have to correct you here, its the power (not the voltage) which determines the tariff, 14 MVA with 2 furnaces at present. Whilst the site is drawing between 0.2 MVA and 30 MVA, they will be on the B3/I3 tariff, this is irrespective of the site connection voltage.
And these furnaces can't be supplied by a HV line (>= 25 kV), it will break them. They're rated at 20 kV, and therefore have to be supplied by a 20 kV line, which is classified as MV.
