@vorny, with the greatest respect, (I enjoy reading your posts, thanks), you cannot seriously be defending them not telling shareholders they have appointed a general manager, interim or otherwise? Loyalty to the side you have chosen is commendable in some respects but are you truly ok with the board not informing shareholders of this appointment?

On another note, I have just voted. As a small retail holder it is the only way that means anything that I can express my disappointment to the current board for the truly disgraceful way they have managed to stuff optiscan up on the cusp of the success we have waited so ridiculously long to enjoy. I hope that success is still a feasible outcome but it is hard to be optimistic at this particular point. Have you ever seen anything so pathetic as this current farce? Do we seriously think these people are capable of guiding a company to greatness and a thousandfold or ten thousandfold increase in share price? A takeover is now the most realistic way for us to get a favourable outcome for shareholders. I wonder if carl zeiss rue the day they got involved with us.

When Hoffman came on board we were promised regular updates and better communication with shareholders. Why is that the leaders of this company can never follow through with that commitment for more than a brief while? Why is that retail holders are eventually treated with contempt and disdain by leaders of this company?
