Nah, bid wont be pulled. As I read it they are sick of poor management and want to step in to fix it.
Strange there is a trading halt to announce any change to earnings guidance. They have not had a trading halt before for good or (mostly bad) news. It makes me think that they are announcing more than just results. Would they have to declare more than one thing on the trading halt request?
