Your information is TOTALLY incorrect, the prices you are using is subsidized pricing and possibly from 2016.

"According to the ministry, since January, non-subsidized consumers of high-voltage electricity have paid Rp 1,467.28 per kilowatt hour (kWh)"
The price of Rp1,467.28/KWh = US$0.10/KWh, which is non competitive for  any smelter.
40 Hrs at 20,000KWh x US$0.10 = US$80,000 which is exactly the amount I stated in my earlier post.

Whatever way you want to try and twist it around the fact is that its very expensive power by smelter standards. From late 2019 the price of power will go UP. Whether you like it or not.
