There’s a reason (or whole bunch of them) why AMN has a market cap $100m greater than RWD.
But the market is wrong and Panda and Sevo are the smartest guys in the room? Somehow I just don’t think so.
Your PFS is, as someone said about AMNs, a big scoping study. Incredibly light on details. Quite a few very lightweight consultants in there as well. And some very questionable maths.
