Class actions are useless, expensive and it's super thick to sue controlling shareholders who are your directors without talking to them first.
If the shareprice recovers then will they have made a loss, if a tree falls in the forest does it make a sound?
If they bought at a high price and sold at a lower price whose fault is that really. What happened to personal responsibility?
