That is a good question. Considering NTU will not be selling separated REO, I dont believe the price for individual elements/individual oxides should be considered when attempting to estimating revenue.

I have read a number of reports published by consultants that actually use separated REO prices to calculate NTU revenue. This is wrong and highly misleading IMO. But not really surprising considering that NTU compensated these consultants for publishing these reports which means information is going to be particularly biased IMO. The Hallgarten & Co report is one such example.

Examples of China concentrate prices that are composed of similar RE mix to NTU have been posted here numerous times. One such example was a Longnan 92% TREO concentrate valued at c US$19/Kg. Based on that I estimate NTU 52% TREO concentrate would currently be worth c US$10/Kg.
