It therefore seems that the only 'dumping' that occurred was by the Californian investor when the crash happened, and then by Springtree whenever they received a bunch of shares. A few years ago DYE reported that a court settlement had been reached in the dispute between DYE and the founders, effectively in favour of the Tullochs. Maybe the Tullochs had to sell some shares to finance the legals. But possibly only the Tullochs and TD know the truth. Need to search ARs etc for more hints.
