ASX lastr month had put out new guidelines since GSW etc , now a few legal opinions have been made and companies wanting to limit possible actions against them would do well to reacquaint themselves with what is required and note the interpretation is now retrospective on any prior announcements that they are required to tell shareholders of changes in agreements and offer all documents etc. Also eeh timeframe in which shareholders should be notified
