ASIC is unable to confirm or deny whether we are in the process of investigating a matter unless we have published a Media Release. For ASIC to investigate your concerns you will need to lodge a report of misconduct. In your report you will need to outline your concerns and details of the possible misconduct.
Once you submit your report of misconduct, you will be provided with a reference number. We will also send you a confirmation email including a PDF copy of your report. In most circumstances, an analyst will contact you to discuss your report within two business days of submission; we prefer to contact you by phone during business hours.
