RCF have aligned themselves with shareholders in this deal somewhat by taking a USD $5mil placement in the company. also, interest payments and the Establishment fee are all potentially payable in shares which will give the company flexibility, but it may also be more dilutive.
i assume we will end up with 1.5-1.8 billion shares on issue. if the company achieves its goals then a $500 mil+ market cap is achievable,giving a price target of 27c. if the company does well and has good cash flow, share buybacks are always an option later on if the shares remain undervalued but that's way down the track.
bottom line is that this significantly de-risks the project and it comes at an equally significant cost. the market is what it is.
