I am really quite optimistic that Manora-8 could well be a discovery. I imagine that there would be a shareholder uproar if a discovery was made after the takeover offer. Thus the announcement today to 'clear the decks' just in case.
The result would be available well and truly before the offer closes, so shareholders would be wise to wait.
I guess that Risco would be picking up shares between now and then so it is a bet to nothing for them.

We may see 10c and their piteous offer blown out of the water upon any success.
