Even the biggest and most reputable Chinese companies have not been above pinching other people's IP. It has been a massive problem, not just for US business but also for European too. They have been particularly active in the tech and defence space. If the NET potential is so good, all the more reason they'll pinch NET's technology.
The big thing to watch is the burn rate vs. revenue. Not sure how much more costs can be stripped out without damaging the operation. Unless rev lifts "exponentially" and real soon, punters will become reluctant to stump up more capital. (BTW
