Patience has passed Old Sage.....we are not all happy with having received negative returns on our equity investment for the past 24 months......we don't all want to keep giving management more chances to potentially further destroy our capital going forward......we are not all charities......most people would have been fired well and truly by now for such appalling results.....we have gone from appointing a distributor .....to we will it do it ourselves.....to we still haven't made any sales.....to we are sending out evaluation devices.....to one day we hope to sell one so please don't sack us......the changes need to be made and made now otherwise we will all be sitting here in 12 months having the same conversations and feeling a lot poorer and potentially still with no sales and less $$$ in the bank.....if in fact we are now finally fully funded I say its the best time to get the team we need to deliver.....rather than team we have.
