I was reading a couple of old reports on the gas analyses of Yulleroo-1 the other day and it apparently has traces of helium amongst the 16 other gases that were analyzed.

The three biggest by percentage (lowest and highest) but not necessarily in any one DST were:

Methane 75.7% - 82.1%
Ethane 8.59% - 13.5%
Propane 4.76% - 7.6%

Would be interested to know if helium is common in the Canning Basin or just part of most gas reservoirs?

PC43 might be able to shed some light on that one given his knowled of the Canning.
