Ann: Tap advises take no action regarding Risco takeover bid, page-7

Have to agree with you that the T/O looks like some sort of stunt. Risco's 7 cent bid has failed already and I doubt if they will pick up a single share at that price. Unless they are stupid they must have known that 7 cents would never be acceptable. So what is their game plan? Could they be trying to draw in another player with a realistic price. Maybe they will raise their bid to a more realistic price ,but why start so low. Am at a loss to understand what their real game plan is.
