This is certainly true - of all the companies I am invested in TIE has the least monthly visits and I have a lot of obscure investments. I am not too worried if the market doesn't move on this announcement. I am invested in EGA which until recently has been equally obscure, but eventually the market catches up with reality. I am still amazed at how inefficient the market is down at this size.
