Only so far they can blame weather, but obviously Norway can get pretty freaking gnarly. But I do fail to see how weather can effect cores they already damn well pulled out and are hanging out partying without getting analysed. I think we all know why.
Hopefully there's a push to drill it out when the sun shines all day long midyear, or they go the acquisition route, but even then at the rate they get stuff done, the battery revolution will have come and gone and the robots will be harvesting us for power.
