Ann: Response to ASX Query, page-52

The last issued results were for the half year ended 31/12/16, so, 17+ months ago. That was released on 6/12/17, some 9+ months late.

The last known annual report was for 2016, issued 29/9/16 (so, on time, back then).

Since the H16 report however, they have missed:
* FY17 /AR17 - 8+ months late (and counting);
* H18 - 2+ months late (and counting); and
* however many quarterlies that there should have been issued (many) - the last one issued on time in July 2016 in reference to the JunQ16 outcome, but since then, 7 quarterlies have been missed.

For all the apparent governance in the world, this is not one of them.

They have now been suspended for almost 2 years (since 17May16).
