I am very upset that the Sydney contract has been terminated, but having been to the AGM in Perth last year I am still going to hold because of the following.
1) ERG is receiving payments from customers that are larger than the market cap.
2) Has a profitable small operations business
3)New orders $100 million last year
4)Stockholm Bus system delivered, train 1,200 gates delivered, 800,000 transactions per day
5)SF First time MASS based project been rolled out
6) U.K. new projects with Stagecoach
Now that Sydney is no longer with the company more resources can be applied to the other nearly completed contracts and ERG will be able to pick the best staff and move them around to where needed and maybe push the timetables for completion forward.
I feel that there is still a business model that will return profits but is just a few more years out.
The whole company is not going to fall on one contract even though it is large, check the site and see where they are implementing the many other contracts. Melbourne,Oslo,Utah, Valenciennes France,Singapore,Stockholm, Hong Kong, UK ITSO bus ticketing,Gothenburg,Rome,Beijing, Clermont-Ferrand France,Cape Town, Bouches Du Rhone France,Seattle,San Francisco
