Ever think that maybe the reason why Paķ Marthen pulled 2 years ago was he foresaw that 2 years later GMC would still be refurbing the already used smelters and he decided to cut his losses, by losing his deposit.
2 years later it seems he made the right decision from his point of view! $10M capex was not sufficient to fund the project - GMC have blown more than that since then, and are they really in any better position than before they spent this money?
