Incubating technology tends to be like that, you spend more than the revenue or profit you take in. However, the cost curve should go down and the profit should come good. As EMC ramps up their work, hopefully the cashflow situation should improve.
But yea, CEO needs to prove themselves before rewarding themselves with shareholders' fund.
