Look I am hearing all the issues everyone has here. And it is hard to defend. However, it may be worth while waiting until we see the presentations before we pass full judgement. (Caveat is that MO's salary is a stupidly high amount for a company of this size). Let's see the detail of what the money is going to be used for.
I do have a concern with the announcement in how it is phrased. It just seems very vague. I am intrigued by the reference to an M&A????
