Because I don't think anybody really loses here. NXS gets AZA which is what it wanted all the time, AZA gets a strong partner, ARQ gets to fly solo for a while during a turbulent mkt spell and being cash-rich will get other opportunities sooner rather than later. That's my take on things for now anyway.
