If CAY get the mining license the company is open to development of the project. It's anyones guess what the price will be if its a positive announcement but IMO it will be at least many multiples current price.
After full development and producing 5mtpa market should push company valuation up around to $2.5-$3bil.
This one has massive upside, just need to get the license to mine.
