Agree there are some concerns, however, whats the worst case scenario, a local capital raising?
The good now outweighs the bad in my opinion.
The reserves are good
The impediments are lessening
Trained staff are still on the books
The current money owed can be made in no time at all when things move into gear.
It ain't all bad!!!
