Ah, thank you notned, I was relying on my memory and I suppose I included those courtroom carryons in my head as the other side seemed very sure of their ground and GNG's claims of a victory were a bit like George W's claims after the invasion in the Middle East some years ago.
I have been travelling a lot over the last six months and although keeping an eye on my portfolio and trading if required, I have missed announcements I am sure. Has there been any resolution re the WA argument do you know?
I agree that a makeup of the missed divi is in order at least after the insurance is received - assuming it IS received .. maybe they have an AMP policy which will turn out to be not worth the paper it is written on
