Its interesting though isn't it, not sure where this all ends from a disclosure perspective.
The minimum is 1.8m over 3 years, that's not necessarily the actual. At what point do they need to make an announcement if it becomes clear it is more likely to be what Netsurion has advised they expect it to be (6.9m).
Also, any contract signed with an NDA simply cant be released to market now. Is that not keeping the market uninformed or does the ASX expect the company to never work with anyone who doesn't want to be named?
I know its not gonna happen but for example what if they (or any similar tech company) signed a $100m deal tomorrow under an NDA... Cant announce to market but insiders can just buy stock outside of blackout periods knowing growth is going to smash expectations?
