IMHO it is staged sell down to get other people to follow, while buyers are accumulating at 58-60c. Good tree shakes. Even at close (for the last several trading days), trades were staged.

For example, one particular closing day during after-hour auction I put a buy order in at 63c. I waited for 9.5 mins and happy to pay 63c and another 30 seconds I would have paid 63c. Than a sell order arrived at 61.5c 10 seconds before after-hour auction finishes. Than I ended up only paid 61.5c. There were no 62c or 62.5c sell order.

That seller was happy to sell cheaper than buyer willing to pay in order to prevent share price close at 63c. If that seller was a genuine seller, he could put 62.5c to be ahead of 63c other sell order. He didn't want it to close at 62.5c but 61.5c.

If someone willing to buy your house for $1m and you are the seller and say I'm happy with $500,000 to bring down average sell price in that area.

Buy: 63c
Sell orders: 63c 20,000 shares (I think), than 61.5c arrived 30 seconds before closing of after-hour auction

I also noticed this several times.

58.5c dump, the next sell order was at 62.5c. That 58.5c sell could have put 62c just to be ahead of 62.5c the next sell order.
