    Agreed however, Russell ha actually now signed a contract of sale agreement and on top of that paid a deposit. He wouldn't be doing that unless he was confident of funding. Otherwise he'll lose his deposit, which i don't think would be a small amount for a venture like this! Exciting times ahead come July, once the full sale goes through and we get to start working towards a working facility!
