Sorry Murra..... I think you stand to be disappointed for some time yet ? Capital management via buybacks doesnt exactly help with the dividend; and if the stock doesnt perform, all that will happen is that the NAV will increase on a per share basis and the share price will trail by the corresponding amount (as it is at the moment).
