That is where they have sourced the minimum $1.875M minimum figure. However, Netsurion itself expects the purchase to be worth $6.9M over the 3 year period

So the deal hasn't been reduced at all ... CIO as a result of ASX cracking down on forecasts / disclosures etc, has opted to be conservative and confirm the base figure from the contract, and simply omit Netsurion's own forecasts

Plus this will have management services on top

I would say there is a nice trade here on this deal going binding and them confirming an amount higher than $1.875M over 3 years

Let's see how those roadshows and promotion go

You forgot to underline in yellow and use bold on the bit where they said the LOI would progress to contract in the coming weeks.

That was 2 1/2 months ago.
