Note it says the company (Netsurion) must purchase a minimum number of CIO units that equates to revenues of $625K per year
That is where they have sourced the minimum $1.875M minimum figure. However, Netsurion itself expects the purchase to be worth $6.9M over the 3 year period
So the deal hasn't been reduced at all ... CIO as a result of ASX cracking down on forecasts / disclosures etc, has opted to be conservative and confirm the base figure from the contract, and simply omit Netsurion's own forecasts
Plus this will have management services on top
I would say there is a nice trade here on this deal going binding and them confirming an amount higher than $1.875M over 3 years
