You might be assuming the acquisition isn't "tainted" on Government contracts. As an aside, Crescent took over in October/November 2015, I wonder if they are losing patience. I do recall the $3.4o offer, seems like a million years ago. This stock screams messy to me ATM, I suspect an excellent buy opportunity is around the corner.
