Pellet price for 65%+ is now back to its equal best price this year in US$ terms($128.50) that was in early to mid-January but as the US$ is now stronger against the $A by some 3%, we will be getting more $A per shipment for these next two shipments with the first due to dock tomorrow morning and the other one which is coming down the Qld coast should arrive by 28Apr.
The share price should correspondingly be higher than 21c and I can only put it down to Management's Corporate update of 2March. Hopefully the market will start to recognise the current pellet price and the fact we are selling at cash asset backing of $213mil(cash at bank, trade debtors & property investment contribution) as of 31March that will be confirmed with the release of the quarterly.
