There should generally be no reason for a Trading Halt to announce new of the Resolutions passed or not passed by any meeting such as this Shareholder meeting on Monday where there are 2 fairly straightforward items on the Meeting agenda.
News of the outcome of the Shareholder Meeting will come but it would not justify a Trading Halt.
