I noted that BB was responsible for the Notice. I was curious as to how should could do that seeing that she had been removed from the Board.

I would have thought that the reasonable and responsible thing for her to do would have been for her to walk out the door and not be seen or heard of again from an AUR pov, except as a shareholder.

Maybe she thought that S203D(1) allowed her to remain. But even if she did think that, the practicalities of the situation dictate that she disappear. Let MF appoint someone in her place now, not later.

Her behaviour since the feud started has not been exemplary imo, anything but in fact. I won't elaborate as her media releases and letters tell the story, also the phone around to shareholders at the company's expense, the worthless and extremely provocative complaint to the Takeovers panel which also sought to kneecap the opposition, again at the company's expense, etc. If she keeps this up then her reputation as a corporate person will continue to slip.

Get over it Bronwyn! You lost. You are like a soccer player who has been red-carded but won't leave the field. OFF!!
