the point about the credit ratings these three now have is an interesting one.
Veda/Equifax holds all data for all judgements here in australia for all consumers, each court judgement is recorded against the defendants. so their credit rating here would be dire.
Equally the Credit Bureau Singapore will hold all court judgements made in the local and supreme courts there against the respective defendants, so the three will have that already listed against them on a file, as well as the bankruptcy applications.
