    This announcement isnt worth the paper it is written on.

    Finance is dependant on a 6000000000000 km rail link (I presume to Richards Bay).

    This rail link is the real issue andthe reason the financiers arent available over the christmas break.

    Get rid of noble and bring in mr wang and this might get somewhere.
