What a shameful and disgraceful announcement.
DO they realise that instead of paying how many consultants to apply for a grant that failed, they could be concentrating on one project that could of increased share holder value to the point that there would be little or no small holding share holders.
The fact that some of these investors could of paid up to $2,000 for an initial parcel of shares, to be now worth less than a marketable size is a reflection on the poor performance of management!!!

Clutching at straws to save a few pennies, when they squander money on trips to the USA trying to look for an alternate market for their bio-stimulant oil before they can produce a drop of it!!!

Cutting down on administration costs!!
But don't bat an eyelid to engage how many consultants to do the same job re: Flavelle - OHD technical advisor, Trench - OHD expert or the plethora of consultants for same project.....

I do recall someone telling me that is costs $Few thousand every time they put out an announcement, so maybe they should get someone on the payroll that can release an announcement without having to come back with an amendment!!!

How many bonus performance options should we grant ourselves this year boys ?????
Like we have squeezed out the small holders, that should be worth a few more eh ?

Even worse that it is at todays market price, they could of at least offered a premium for the initial support these shareholder provided to the company, I mean they can offer sophisticated investors a premium discount deal why not the reverse for suffering shareholders ?
I truly hope everyone of these holders write and tell the company we wish to keep our shares.

@JackMR - good move? really if they are that confident the share price will go a lot higher then they value these shareholders with absolute contempt.....
